The whole process was informative, casual and enjoyable. We picked out a delivery date with a few concerns about the trailer and all work was completed and on time. We also had a very thorough demonstration with Don who was very patient with us as new buyers. He explained everything we needed to know fully, took his time to make sure we understood and answered all our questions. Overall, a very enlightening and positive experience in every way.
